School Development Plan

The school development plan is a 'live' document.  It shows the direction the governors and staff are working towards. As parents we always welcome your feedback and you regularly influence the plan throughout the year. These are governors, staff and your ideas of how we can achieve the objectives we have set.  Sometimes people come up with great ideas but they don't fit into the plan (there is only so much we can do!!).  It doesn't matter, often it is these ideas that formulate the following term or years work.
