The staff work so hard with my child on everything – routine is key and this is something they do amazingly. Where do I start. you have been our rock for our child. Your support and care for him I will forever be grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better support teacher for our child. Thank you for your patience and quality of care you have provided our child with each day. We both adore you. You never failed to make us feel welcome and approachable I honestly from the bottom of my heart don’t feel that I could ever thank you enough for absolutely everything you have ever done for our child and me. I know it hasn’t always been easy but you are literally like wonder women. Everyday our child was at nursery I always felt at ease knowing he was with you. I will never forget all you have done, forever grateful, thank you so much.
I truly don’t think that I can put into words how much I appreciate what you have done for my child and all your support. You have always been there for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. I am really pleased with the support our child receives. I feel my opinions and the information I provide is valued and useful in providing help for our child. Written inform is great to reflect on later and I also feel I can ask for more info. Communication is great and written reports very useful. I feel enough involved but also appreciate another’s professional opinion and thoughts/input. I have been very happy during my dealings in this area. Keep up the good work, it’s appreciated.
What should I do if I have a concern or complaint about the provision for my child?
In order to deal with your concern or complaint in the quickest and more straightforward way, we ask that you take a graduated approach:
a) Firstly speak to the key worker
b) If your concerns cannot be addressed by the keyworker then please contact the Headteacher via the school office and/or SENCO
c) Finally, reference should be made to the school’s Complaints Policy should further action be deemed necessary.
We aim to deal with any complaints at the earliest opportunity. Your complaint will be acknowledged, usually within 10 working days. (In accordance with the Complaints Policy).
